Our studio provides Classical Pilates instruction based on the fundamentals taught and developed by Joseph Pilates. Pilates is an intelligent form of exercise.  Joe Pilates said "A few well-designed movements, properly performed in a balanced sequence are worth hours of doing calisthenics or forced contractions.
